Basic Package

The basic package is for those who are already working out regularly and want to optimize their training to reach their goals faster. We will check-in at the end of week 1 to tweak your workout and answer any questions, then you get to you work!

4 weeks of training. 1 week of activity recovery.
1 Check-in at the end of week 1 for program tweaking
Cost: $75.00

Plus Package

The plus package is for those who need a little more guidance, a little more accountability. We will with you, checking in weekly to tweak your workout and keep you focused.

4 weeks of training. 1 week of active recovery
2 weekly check-ins via text message
1 30 minute weekly zoom call
Cost: $150.00

Premium Package

The premium package is for those who want as much support as possible. We will check in multiple times per week, and have one weekly meeting via zoom. We will also help you improve your exercise technique week to week.

4 weeks of training. 1 week of active recovery
3 weekly check-ins via text message
1 weekly zoom call
1 exercise technique video analysis per week.
Cost: $200.00

Diet Analysis

Link your MyFitness pal account to your EBF membership and your trainer will go over your food log with you at the end of each week. We will provide insights to your trouble spots, and help find solutions. This package is great for individuals stuck on a weight loss/gain plateau and need guidance.

$100.00 for the first month, $50.00 each month after. Three months minimum

Diet Programming

Need more than just an analysis? We can work with you to find the diet strategy that works best for you. Maybe you need flexible dieting to fit a busy lifestyle? Maybe you need a rigid structure with what to eat and when? We provide daily food log feedback and help strategize a meal plan that will work best for you. This package is great for individuals who need accountability and in-depth information tailored for you.

$200.00 for the first month, $75.00 each month after. Three months minimum

Video Analysis of Exercise Technique

Worried that your squat form is quite perfect? No idea what a Turkish get-up is? No problem, our trainers will go over your technique, simply provide us with a short video, showing a front, side, and rear view during your workout and we will go through it with you step by step, offering cues and observations to keep you lifting safely and effectively.
